I love creamy vegetable soups. There’s sooo much variety in a single dish. Just change the veggies around a bit and vóila, you have a different meal. This time I’m just making a soup out of whatever there was left.

I use my slow cooker entirely too little compared to the space it takes and how much I wanted it in the first place. I usually only use it to make “creamy soups” (I’m starting to hate that word. Potato, Potato, Potato Soup
I enjoy using one type of ingredient in multiple varieties in one dish. I’ve used onions for this for a really long time. When I was shopping one time looking at different potatoes I remembered that what we here call ‘Bataatti’ is in fact called a ‘sweet potato’ in English. So I decided to make a soup where the main ingredients would be different potatoes.
