The Meatloaf Experiment

So. I’ve done meatloaf like a thousand times in my life. I think it was my father who taught me this “recipe”. I’ll say this with stretching it a bit since three ready-to-made ingredients and stick into an oven is not that much of a recipe 🙂 But with the basic recipe so simple, I’ve experimented with it a dozen time over. I’ll give you a couple of the better modifications.

From Failure to Fine Chowder

So, I was craving something hot and brought some fresh chilies from the grocery store. These were store-brand long-ish red chilies so I thought they’d be close to Red Thai, Fresno or Jalapeño. (spoiler: they weren’t). So I thought I’d cook up a small patch of delicious onions with garlic and chili.

Sorry for the First Few Recipes

Hi. I’m sorry, but the first few recipes will be without any pictures, because I came up with this blog idea days after the food had already been eaten. So. going forward there might or might not be pictures on the recipes depending on if I remember to take them and I’m not too hungry 🙂
